- New enrollees should complete the Insurance Enrollment Form within 30 days of their first work day and return it to your Insurance Coordinator.
- Insurance changes can only be made if you have a qualifying event or during the open enrollment period which is during or about the month of October annually. Open enrollment information will be sent to you with details annually. Contact your Insurance Coordinator for more details.
